 Diegetic Sound 
Diegetic sound is natural sound, its any sound presented as originated from source within the film's world.
So something like footsteps or people talking in the background would be diegetic sound 
Non-Diegetic Sound 
Non-Diegetic sound is not natural sound, its coming from the a source outside story space. 
So the jaws theme tune or the jurassic soundtrack would be Non-Diegetic. Voiceovers would also be Non-Diegetic 
Theme Tunes 
Voice Over 

 Contrapuntal Sound 
Contrapuntal sound is where the sounds or music used contrast with the film or movie clip it has been inserted into.

POSTMODERNISM Jean Baudrillard: PASTICHE  -Means to combine multiple elements.  In  postmodern media  this can be a homage or a parody of past styles. It can often reference pop culture as part of the narrative. POSTMODERNISM  - productions often blur the lines between good and evil, light and dark for both viewers and characters. HYPER REALITY  -is a condition in which reality has been replaced by simulacra. SIMULACRA  -an image or representation of someone or something.
